Our Commitment to Responsible Play

neonprizeclub.com is a social casino for entertainment only. We do not offer real-money gambling or prizes of monetary value. We are committed to clear information, age-appropriate access, and tools that help you stay in control of how you spend your time and any optional purchases of virtual coins.

Social casino play should remain a light-hearted pastime. If it ever stops feeling that way, we encourage you to pause, use the resources on this page, and seek support.

Setting Healthy Boundaries

Even when no real-money gambling is involved, it is sensible to set limits that work for you:

• Time limits: Decide in advance how long you will play in a session and take regular breaks. Many people find alarms or calendar reminders helpful.
• Spend limits on virtual coins: Virtual coins are for in-game entertainment only and have no cash value. If you choose to purchase virtual coins, set a budget you can afford and stick to it. Avoid chasing losses or spending to “recover” a session.
• Balance with other activities: Keep social gaming alongside — not instead of — sleep, work, study, and time with family and friends.

Recognising Problem Behaviour

Warning signs that play may be becoming harmful can include:

• Spending more time or money on games than you intended or can comfortably afford
• Neglecting responsibilities, relationships, or self-care because of gaming
• Feeling irritable, anxious, or low when unable to play
• Borrowing money or hiding how much time or money you spend on games
• Using games mainly to escape stress, low mood, or other difficulties

If several of these apply to you, consider speaking to someone you trust and using the support resources below.

If you need a break from neonprizeclub.com, you can use our self-exclusion process to restrict access to your account for a period you choose. Full details and steps are on our dedicated page:

Support Resources

Help is confidential and available if gambling or gaming is affecting you or someone close to you — even when play is “for fun” or with virtual currency:

• Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) — Information, resources, and support for responsible gambling in Canada.
• ConnexOntario — Free support and referral services for gambling, drugs, alcohol, and mental health across Ontario.
• ConnexOntario helpline — Free, confidential support 24/7: 1-866-531-2600.

Protecting Minors

neonprizeclub.com is strictly for adults. Our services are intended for users aged 21+ only. We use age verification at entry to help prevent under-21 access. Parents and carers are encouraged to use device and app parental controls and to talk openly with young people about safe, age-appropriate entertainment.

Canadian Advertising and Gaming Standards

In Canada, gaming-related advertising is subject to rules designed to protect consumers and young people. The Canadian Gaming Association (CGA) Code for Responsible Gaming Advertising, administered by Ad Standards, sets the standard for responsible marketing of gaming products. We aim to present neonprizeclub.com in a way that is clear, socially responsible, and consistent with the CGA Code — including accurate descriptions of our social casino product and avoiding misleading claims about outcomes or behaviour.
